These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwingIQ mobile application ("the App"),
provided by Nexo Development ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree
to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for
your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of
Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its
content except as permitted by law.
SwingIQ provides automated golf-swing feedback for general informational and entertainment
purposes only. It is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified golf professional,
and it is not medical, physical-therapy, or fitness advice. Golf and physical activity
carry an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and
for consulting a physician before beginning any new physical activity. We make no guarantee that
using the App will improve your golf game, score, or technique. You use the App and act on its
suggestions at your own risk.
