SwingIQ Privacy Policy

SwingIQ ("SwingIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Nexo Development, respects your

privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the SwingIQ app ("the App") collects,

how it is used, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.

The short version

Your swing videos stay on your phone. To power the AI analysis, the App sends a small set of

still frames from your swing — plus basic swing measurements and the golf profile you enter —

securely to our servers and to our third-party AI provider, Anthropic (Claude). We ask for

your permission inside the app before sending anything the first time. None of it is linked to

your name or identity: SwingIQ has no accounts, and we never sell your data. Separately, with

your permission (the iOS tracking prompt), we use an attribution service to measure how well

our ads work.

*Your swing videos. Full videos are never uploaded. Recording and importing happen

locally, and your clips are stored only on your iPhone.

*Your history and profile. Your saved swings, scores, drills, practice streaks, and

preferences (handedness, goals, notification settings) are stored locally.
