Lean Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lean app, made by Nexo Development LLC ("we", "us"). By using Lean you agree to them.

What Lean is — and isn't

Lean is a coaching app that helps people on GLP-1 medications protect muscle while losing weight: protein targets, short strength sessions, weekly photo check-ins, and an off-ramp protocol for when you stop the medication.

Lean is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All scores, targets, and projections are educational estimates based on published research averages — your results will differ. Never start, stop, skip, or change a medication or dose because of anything in the app. Decisions about your medication belong to you and your prescriber. If you feel unwell, contact a medical professional.

Subscriptions

• Lean offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, and annual with a 3-day free trial).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices shown in the app are in your local currency and may change with notice; changes apply at the next renewal.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 to use Lean.
• Enter honest information — the coaching is only as good as the inputs.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Nexo Development LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; you don't acquire any ownership.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
