How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ironside → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You can also manage subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
When does the free trial charge me? The annual plan's 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of day 7 unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Apple sends a reminder before a trial ends.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone? Install Ironside, and on the unlock screen tap "Restore purchase." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I get a refund? Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Is my information private? Yes. Ironside has no accounts, and your answers, results, and training history are stored only on your device — we never see them. Notifications are content-free by design. See the Ironside Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my data? Delete the app. All training data lives only on your device, so deleting the app erases it. To also remove the anonymous analytics associated with your install, email us.
Something hurts during training. What should I do? Stop. Pain is not part of this program. If pain, worsening symptoms, or anything unexpected shows up, pause training and speak with a clinician before continuing.
The timer or haptics seem off. What should I try? Make sure Silent Mode is off if you want audio cues, check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is on, and force-quit and reopen the app. Still off? Email us with your device model.
